Refunds
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Items should be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, perfume, damage).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or altered garments
- Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval
If non-returnable items are sent back without authorization, they may be returned to the sender at their own cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved items will be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
We want you to be 100% happy with your Abie’s Closet fit.
Exchange Policy
- Items are eligible for one exchange per order.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must meet all return condition requirements.
- Exchanged items that are later returned are only eligible for store credit.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 284 Boston St, Lynn, MA, 01904, US.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
